Getting Started
Harmonize turns text and voice messages into structured data in your Google Sheets. No configuration required—create an account, connect a sheet, and start texting.
Quick Start
- Create an account — Sign in with your phone number at harmonize.one/sign-in.
- Connect a Google Sheet — In the dashboard, connect a sheet and choose a tab. Your sheet should follow a log-based format (headers in the first row).
- Text the Harmonize number — Send a message like "Harvested 50 lbs tomatoes from Block A" or ask "How many harvests this week?"
When you're ready to deploy to real use, the Harmonize number is shown in your dashboard after you connect a sheet.
What Harmonize Does
- Log data — Send an update (e.g. harvest, sale, expense); we parse it and append a row to your sheet.
- Query data — Ask a question about your logged data (e.g. "Total sales yesterday?") and get a short reply with the answer.
- Voice messages — We transcribe them and then process the text like a normal SMS.
Harmonize is built to stay in scope: we only log structured updates and answer questions that can be answered from your sheet data. For more on how we classify messages, see SMS Types.
