• We will send you authentication links when you request to sign in
• We may send welcome messages and account notifications
• Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• Reply HELP for assistance with SMS communications

Data Collection

We collect and store the following information:

• Phone number for authentication purposes
• Optional name if provided
• Account creation and last sign-in timestamps
• SMS delivery logs for troubleshooting

Google User Data

Harmonize SMS Tracker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What Google Data We Access

When you connect your Google account, we request access to:

• Google Drive Files (selected by you) - To access only the specific Google Sheets you explicitly select via our file picker
• Google Sheets (selected files only) - To read sheet structure (headers, tab names) and write your SMS data to sheets you choose

How We Use Your Google Data

• File Selection: We use Google Picker API to let you select specific Google Sheets you want to connect
• Reading: We read sheet headers from selected files to understand data structure and determine where to place parsed SMS data
• Writing: We append new rows containing your parsed SMS messages to sheets you explicitly selected and connected

Limited Use Policy Compliance

We strictly limit our use of your Google data to:

• Providing the SMS-to-Sheets data logging functionality visible in the app
• No data is transferred to third parties
• No data is used for advertising or marketing purposes
• No data is sold to data brokers or information resellers
• Humans only access your data for security purposes or legal compliance

Your Control

• You explicitly choose which Google Sheets to connect
• You can disconnect Google access at any time in your dashboard
• You can revoke our access in your Google Account settings
• Your OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and only accessible to your account

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide our services:

• Google OAuth Tokens: Retained while your account is active and Google access is connected
• Sheet Connection Data: Retained to maintain your configured sheet connections
• Automatic Deletion: All Google user data is automatically deleted within 30 days when you revoke access
• Account Deletion: When you delete your Harmonize account, all associated Google data is permanently removed
• No Long-term Storage: We do not store Google user data beyond what is necessary for core functionality

Data Protection

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Authentication tokens expire after 15 minutes
• Session tokens expire after 7 days
• Google OAuth tokens are encrypted and isolated per user
• We do not share your information with third parties
