Account Setup

You don't need a password. Sign in with your phone number; we send a verification code by SMS.

Sign in with your phone

  1. Go to harmonize.one/sign-in.
  2. Enter your phone number (with country code, e.g. +1 for US).
  3. You'll receive a verification code by SMS. Enter it on the next screen.
  4. If you're new, you may be asked for your name and timezone; then you'll be prompted to connect Google.

I didn't get my verification code

Check that your number is correct and that messages from Harmonize aren't blocked or in spam. Wait a minute and request a new code. If it still doesn't work, email support@harmonize.one.

Connect Google Sheets

After sign-in, you need to connect at least one Google Sheet so we can write your logged data and answer queries from it.

  • In the dashboard, use "Connect data source" or "Add Google Sheet".
  • Sign in with Google when prompted. We request access only to spreadsheets and to files you explicitly select (via Google Picker).
  • Accept all requested permissions. If you deny a required scope, we'll show a message and ask you to connect again with full permissions.
  • Pick an existing sheet or create a new one. Choose the tab (sheet tab) where you want rows to be appended.

Your sheet should have a header row and follow a log-based format so we can map your messages to columns correctly.

Reconnecting Google

If you revoke access or your token expires, we'll send you an SMS asking you to reconnect when you text the Harmonize number. You can also reconnect from the dashboard Settings: disconnect and connect again if you need to re-authorize.

Where to find your Harmonize number

After you connect a sheet, the dashboard shows the phone number you should text. That number is your entry point for logging and querying.
